R U OK? Day is is our national day of action dedicated to reminding everyone that every day is the day to ask, “Are you OK?” and support those struggling with life's ups and downs. The day is officially set on the 9th of September, however LIHS will be acknowledging this important day, on our Wellbeing Wednesday. Please join in the activities and check out the resources in the Wellbeing Google Classroom.​
